Edwags shall not be accountable to you or any third party for revision, suspension, or discontinuation of any phase of the Services.
Edwags facilitates the sale of Products of many varieties. For all products on our website, shipping shall be in accordance with the company policy, which may be changed by Edwags from time to time. It is imperative to mention that all the information shown on the website is to the best of Edwag’s knowledge. Moreover, the images of all products displayed on the website are for illustration purposes only and the actual product may vary due to product enhancement or other reasons. The product images shown may represent the range of products, hence an exact representation of the product should NOT be drawn based on the images exhibited on the online platform.
In the case of receiving a damaged Product, immediately bring it to the attention of the delivery staff. In case a problem is identified, later on, please get in touch with us on the customer care number provided or write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. A solution will be offered after we assess the damage, which may take a few days. After due assessment of the damage or the objection raised, corrective action might be taken or the product may be replaced to address the concern, whichever is more feasible.
The onus of responsible usage of the Products lies upon the customer and any liability which stems from the misuse or neglect on part of the customer/purchaser/user would be attributed entirely to you; with Edwags not shouldering any accountability for the said action.
Furthermore, by virtue of making the any purchases on this website or by way of entering into any agreement with Edwags, you warrant that you are of the legal age to form a contract that is binding and that you are not an individual prohibited from receiving services under the laws applicable in Pakistan. Moreover, Edwags shall not be held liable for any insufficiency in payment of consideration payable towards Products purchased on the website.
The Pricing Information in relation to the Product will be disclosed to you at the time of purchase. Edwags endeavors to provide you with the best possible prices on Products you buy through our website. Edwags however does not guarantee the price to be lowest in the city, area, or geography. Prices and availability of the Products are subject to change without any notice or any consequential liability to you.
While Edwags makes every effort to provide precise information relating to our Products and Services including the information on pricing, typographical and other errors may befall. In the occurrence of a Product or service being listed with an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error, Edwags will, as per its judgment, either cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation or contact you for further instructions. Edwags will be entitled to change the price of the Product and contact you for more instructions using the contact details provided by you at the time of registration, such as any e-mail address or contact number etc, or terminate the order and inform you of such cancellation. In case Edwags calls off the order after the payment has been processed, the amount in question will be reimbursed to the account from which the payment was made within few business days.

DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT(S)
Before you advance to make any payments for the purchases made by you, your delivery address will be confirmed with the database of Edwags. In case the address given is such that any orders which are not serviceable or delivery in that particular zone is not covered, an alternative shipping address will be requested which we expect to have on the delivery list. Edwags will not be responsible for the non-delivery of product if there is any disagreement regarding the shipment of the product or services for the area not covered by Edwags. In addition to the same, Edwags does not cover international delivery; nonetheless, you can still make purchases on the website from anywhere in the world but ensure that the shipping address is within the geographical boundaries of Pakistan.
In case of multiple orders for the Products and Services in a single transaction, Edwags will make efforts to ship all the Products together. However, this may not always be likely and no assurances are made pertaining to concurrent shipment or delivery of the Products ordered.
RETURN POLICY FOR PRODUCT(S)
Please get in touch with the customer service at the call center if you receive a damaged / defective Product or a Product that does not match with the specifications as per your original order or in case of any reservations that you may have in regards to the Product delivered to you. Edwags shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the complaint upon receiving it, and if Edwags is convinced as to the genuineness of the complaint, arrangements shall then be made for repairing or replacement of the Product. If the complaint is baseless or frivolous, you will be exclusively liable for all costs incurred by Edwags in this regard and Edwags reserves the right to take legal actions against you. It is essential to comply with the following conditions to return any Product:
- Please inform Edwags of receiving of a damaged/ defective product/service within 24- hours of delivery. Edwags shall not be held liable for the failure to replace the order if you are unable to report the damage/defect within 48-hours.
- Quality Assurance will inspect and ensure that the delivered Products are unused before pick-up. If anything to the contrary comes to light, then that shall be dealt with accordingly as the onus would then shift upon the buyer to show that the product was yet to be brought in any use and the relevant damage was there before that.
- Edwags’ own logistics partner will arrange pick-up of the damaged/defective Product. If Edwags is not able to do so, Edwags will inform you regarding the matter and will require you to dispatch the product within one (1) day from receipt of such notice, using a reputed courier in your respective area. Courier freight charges will be compensated in such form as is established by the logistics team upon prior consultation with Edwags. It is pivotal to mention that Edwags would not be accountable for any damage done to the product by the third-party courier service during transit, either negligently or otherwise.
- Products ought to be returned in their original packing along with the user manual, warranty card, invoices, original price tags, labels, and barcodes, etc.
- To ensure that there is no further damage during transit, it is advised that the return Products should be strongly and adequately packaged.
*These conditions will not apply to Products where the defects could not, upon due diligence, have been discovered, at the time of delivery*
If a Product returned is duly acknowledged by Edwags, in such an instance the Product shall be replaced/exchanged to you for another Product but with the same price cap as the original price paid by the customer/buyer/purchaser/user at the time of the purchase. Store credit might be provided to you or an immediate replacement/exchange will be processed, however Edwags shall NOT be making any refunds of any kind or sort whatsoever. All replacements/exchanges will be subject to the following:
- As determined by Edwags, and depending on the then-current conditions, orders replaced/exchanged will be done so within a reasonable amount of time considering the socio-economic situation and various other factors prevailing at that time, like the geographical location of the Orderer, transit, logistical issues etcetera.
- Edwags will get the same Product repaired and send it back to you if it can be repaired by the service center and the defect is negligible and mends can be made for it.
- If any promo code is used at the time of placing the order, the promo code, once used, shall not be granted upon cancellation/replacement of the order either by the customer or Edwags.
You, the customer/purchaser, agrees to indemnify, defend and hold Edwags, its officers, directors, partners, shareholders, employees, vendors and agents from and against all demands, liabilities, judgments, fines, interest, penalties, damages, losses, costs, claims or expenses (including, but not limited to, attorneys’ fees and fees of other professional advisers) resulting from:
(i) your online conduct and use of the Services and Materials;
(iii) your failure to comply with any applicable laws or regulations;
(iv) your negligence, willful misconduct (malicious or otherwise), or violations of the intellectual property or other rights of any person, including without limitation to, copyright and trademark infringement, obscene or indecent postings, and online defamation; or
(v) any of your dealings or transactions with other persons resulting from use of the Services. You will be required to completely and fully indemnify Edwags for its losses.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Within the limits allowed by applicable laws, you expressly acknowledge and agree that Edwags shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other tangible or intangible losses (even if Edwags has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from:
- a) the use or the inability to use the services;
- b) any action you take based on the information you receive in, through, or from the services,
- c) your failure to keep your password or account details secure and confidential,
- d) the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information, or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the services;
- e) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data;
- f) the improper authorization for the services by someone claiming such authority; or
- g) statements or conduct of any third party on the services.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND RELEASE
Please note that at all given times, standard warranties and conditions for usage of the product shall apply to each product individually. No claim will be entertained where products have been used contrary to the conditions of usage.
Without prejudice to the above, you, the customer/purchaser, expressly acknowledges and agrees that your use of the services are at your sole risk. The services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Edwags expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In addition to the same, Edwags makes no warranty that:
- a) the services will meet your requirements;
- b) the services will be uninterrupted, timely, unfailingly secure, or error-free;
- c) the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the services will meet your expectations; and
- d) any errors in the software will be corrected.
Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the services is done at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of any such material. Moreover, if any advice or information, whether oral or written, is obtained by you from Edwags either through the website or otherwise from the services, shall not create any warranty unless expressly stated in the terms. It is further recommended that you should always use caution when giving out any personally identifying information about yourself or those for whom you have legal authority. We at Edwags do not control or endorse any actions resulting from your participation in the services and, therefore, Edwags specifically disclaims any liability with regard to any actions resulting from your participation in or use of the services.

The governance of these Supply Terms and the relationship between You and Edwags will be as per the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without reference to conflict of law principles.
All claims, differences and disputes arising under or in connection with the Terms of Offer for sale or any transactions entered into on or through our website or the relationship between You and Edwags shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts situated at Lahore, Pakistan in case of any legal discourse whatsoever. You hereby accept and agree to the jurisdiction of such court(s).
